Colleen Lonfat

Colleen Colleen is from Switzerland and graduated from EPFL in Lausanne in 2023. Before here Bachelor in Chemistry, she did a 3 year degree in industry at Debiopharm. During her Master in Molecular & Biological Chemistry, she did three internships, one in AI applied to Chemistry within Prof. Philippe Schwaller lab, a second one developing thin-film membranes and membrane supports for CO2 capture within Prof. Kumar Agrawal lab and a third at Depoly SA in the R&D department. During her 6-month master thesis in the Smith Lab, she will work on multidimensional MOFs for mixed matrix membrane applications for gaz and liquid separation and more specifically on branched ZIF-8. Outside of the lab, Colleen enjoys drama acting, participating in various societies, and engaging in outdoor activities like hiking and skiing.
